Sourcing of furniture (if required) along with table cloths, chair covers, napkins, Divans, Sofas or even custom-made place settings / show plates for your wedding. Soft Touches / Seating Plan
Working with you in planning the evenings seating plan along with the relevant soft touches that are required to make for a perfect table setting.

Stage & Lighting

Bridal Dress Designer and Make up
Bridal Make-up and Dressing can be arranged as well. Working with some of the best bridal dress designers and make-up artists to ensure your style or requirement is fulfilled. We will give you options that you can choose from with some even providing you with Trials.
Arranging of dressing and other salon facilities can be done for you’re out of town guest during the day of the functions.
Working with your chosen photographer and videographer on schedules and timings of various events to ensure they capture all elements of your wedding to perfection.
Working with the chosen photographer and the couple on various aspects if required such as alternate locations, pre- wedding shoots, etc if required.
Sourcing of Beverages/ Bar Management
We are able to source beverages for your function at a special discount, if required. We will also ensure that the bar is managed appropriately and that alcohol is not misused during the wedding function. Specialised themes, Bar Counters or areas for the evening can be created.
Menu Planning/ Food Tasting/ Cocktail Designing
We will help in the planning of items in whichever menu that you choose and we will liaise with the hotel to arrange for food tastings if necessary, to ensure that you and your guests enjoy the food served on the day of your function.
Advice on menu planning for the appropriate type of meals planned at the various times of the day working out different types of cuisines to minimise repetition of items.

Custom made menus can be planned and created together with the chefs of the hotel; this will be in keeping with the overall ambiance of the evening.
Creation of custom made cocktails for the evening keeping in line with the theme, moving away from the ordinary ensuring your guests have another element to look forward to.
We will assist in selecting a suitable band or DJ to suit your requirement to keep your guests entertained and to give them an enjoyable wedding reception.
We can also look at various international DJs to suit your desired genre
Entertainment for the evening can be arranged, such as welcome dancers at the entrance, dance performances, fusion drummers to create that extra special entrance are options that will be provided.
Audio/ Visual Equipment
We are able to source any audio/ visual equipment required for the wedding such as projectors, screens, laptops, LED Panel, etc.
Wedding Car / Vintage Car
Sourcing of a wedding car or other form or vehicle as per your requirement and your choice and we will liaise with them throughout the duration of the wedding planning period and on the day of the wedding.
Wedding Souvenirs/Cake Decorators/Misc items/ Welcome Packs
We will help in finding the most suitable wedding stationer and wedding cake supplier that will complement your taste and requirement.
Custom made welcome packs will be worked out upon your approval of items. These will be arranged and sent to guests rooms. A welcome letter / booklet can be designed and placed along with the welcome pack to assist guests on relevant function details and other general information.
Assisting with the selection and designing of the invitation cards, hymn books and any other related wedding material.
A forecasted budget will be created, Helping you achieve a realistic and best valued wedding speculation. Payments and transactions could also be handled by us if required. Creating a detailed breakdown of all costs and helping you get the best rates possible amongst vendors.
