Dunstan, (or Dunky as he is affectionately referred to), is a stalwart in the local Hospitality Industry with a career spanning 27 years, which commenced at The Lanka Oberoi (now Cinnamon Grand). With a reputation for being one of the industry’s most dedicated individuals, is known for his expertise in handling difficult challenges while maintaining a calm & professional demeanour.
During his tenure as a member of the Cinnamon Grand Executive Committee where he was heading the Food & Beverage team, the hotel won the “Best Five Star City Hotel” for three consecutive years, which took the hotel to the Presidential Award Hall of Fame.
His reputation for handling the most important functions of the hotel together with countless number of weddings and other occasions and his flair for creativity, out-of-the-box thinking & dedication to completing every task to exceed expectations with all his clients, combined with many years of experience makes Dunstan an impressive force to be reckoned with in this industry.
